Our group of institutional customers enjoys a broad range of services we offer for medical and optical equipment service, repairs and calibration covering medical and ophthalmic instrument repair as well as primary care diagnostic equipment.

Our team will happily open an immediate 30-day account on receipt of an Official Purchase Order. We accept equipment service and repair purchase orders via e-mail on po@brawnmedical.com or via fax on 01753 386 734.

Private Customers

Private individuals may also place orders for new medical / ophthalmic equipment by getting in touch via e-mail on sales@brawnmedical.com and pay by Cheque, BACS/ Direct Bank Transfer or simply call 01753 386 733 for any assistance. 

If you have placed an order via fax or e-mail you will receive an order acknowledgement as soon as it has been processed on our system.

Items in stock are delivered on a next day basis. Where items are manufactured as a ‘made to order’ the item may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, a lead-time will be provided at point of processing.

Our online ‘Product Catalogue’ provides as much detailed information on all our products and where possible additional information can be obtained under ‘Technical Specifications’, ‘Configurations’, ‘Accessories’, and ‘Documents & Resources’ tabs.
